Our daily order cut-off time is:

2:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day will begin processing that business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within:

1–3 business days

Processing time begins according to the order cut-off schedule above.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

U.S. Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery time is:

5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances such as:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

No additional standard shipping charges will be added at checkout.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives and scans your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
