  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship worldwide, including USA, Europe, and other international destinations.
  • If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified promptly.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

  • Domestic (USA): 5–8 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance
  • Courier delays beyond our control

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Destination
    • Order weight and size
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • FemmeFetch is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • FemmeFetch is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address issues.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
