- FemmeFetch is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
- FemmeFetch is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address issues.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
